6.4 Currency

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.

7.4 Expiry

Unused bonuses that are not subject to an active wagering period will expire as indicated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

8. Prohibited Activities

Members must not engage in any of the following activities:

12. Suspension & Termination

12.2 By the Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be processed and all active wagering requirements must be settled. permata888 will return any verified real-money balance to the Member's registered payment method following standard processing timelines.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
